All refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within 48 hours from purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

Lifetime Subscriptions: “Lifetime” or “Life” keys are offered at developer discretion and are valid only while the product is supported and updated by the developer. No specific duration is guaranteed. Refunds and compensation ARE NOT APPLICABLE for lifetime keys.
